There was a plethora of poodle skirts, leather jackets, and cool shades at The Bristal at Englewood as the Bistro Grille was transformed into a 50s era diner! Featured on the menu -- gourmet hot dogs, which were served in cute Corvette trays. Milkshakes in a variety of flavors -- topped with whipped cream and cherries, of course -- were also available. An old-fashioned jukebox, photo props, and other themed decorations added to the fun!
