A Taste of Home in Armonk

Taste of Home is a dining program exclusive to The Bristal that encourages residents to share their favorite recipes with each other. Each month our Director of Food Service selects a recipe to prepare as part of a cooking demonstration. This month, residents at The Bristal at Armonk had the opportunity to enjoy Rosa's braised cabbage recipe. The smell of melted butter and freshly cooked cabbage filled the whole room and made everyone’s mouths water. All the residents were served a taste of Rosa’s delicious recipe that was prepared in the dining room. Thanks to Alexandra, our Director of Food Service, Ran, our sous chef, Helen, Director of Dining Services, and most of all, Rosa, for sharing something so special with our community!
