Taste of Home is a dining program exclusive to The Bristal that encourages residents to share their favorite recipes with each other. Each month our Director of Food Service selects a recipe to prepare as part of a cooking demonstration. This month, residents at The Bristal at Wayne had the opportunity to enjoy Joe G.'s family recipe for lemon and vinegar chicken, which he helped prepare. Thank you Joe -- it was delicious!
