The Bristal at East Meadow helped the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) raise awareness for Alzheimer’s disease by lighting up teal. Residents and staff were able to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease on this important day, thanks to our colorful and festive information table. All of the recognition sparked discussions about the importance of healthy aging and ways to stay active. Goal achieved!
