This honor highlights Amy's exception contributions to the senior housing and hospitality industry, as well as her unwavering dedication to fostering vibrant, supportive communities like ours at The Bristal. 

A Proven Leader in Senior Living and Hospitality

With more than 17 years of leadership experience, Amy oversees The Bristal communities, 305 West End Assisted Living, and Encore Luxury Living. Her impressive career began in hospitality management with Hilton, Marriott, and Starwood hotels, instilling a service-first mindset that continues to shape her work. At The Bristal, Amy's team-focused approach has strengthened organizational culture, encouraged collaboration, and prioritized diversity and inclusion-all while maintaining our commitment to excellence in senior care. 

Under Amy's guidance, our communities continue to grow and thrive, ensuring that every resident receives the compassionate, personalized care they deserve. From strategic planning to seamless implementation of new initiatives, her leadership has made a lasting impact on both team members and residents alike.

Celebrating Long Island's Finest Executives

Amy received her award at the 2nd Annual Top Chief Officer Awards Gala, hosted by RichnerLIVE, held at the Heritage Club at Bethpage State Park on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The event, sponsored in part by The Bristal Assisted Living, celebrated 50 exceptional leaders and supported the Michael Magro Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance, support programs, and educational opportunities for children with cancer and chronic illnesses and their families.
