Residents at The Bristal at Waldwick enjoyed learning all about butterflies, which included observing 8 Painted Lady butterflies progress through the stages of metamorphosis. Members of the recreation team planned a beautiful butterfly release event that included butterfly sugar cookies topped with royal icing, homemade butterfly lollipops, and a refreshing Pink Lemonade Lemon Drop with sweet strawberries. It was a delightful afternoon that ended with residents and team members cheering as our visitors took flight.
