Cardio Drumming at Lake Success

Residents at The Bristal at Success took part in a fun and innovative cardio drumming workout led by Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing. Cardio drumming combines drum sticks, an exercise ball on a stand, and fun music. Residents had a wonderful time learning the different moves and keeping time with the beat. We are grateful for the team at Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing for hosting such a great class!
