Here in Garden City, our Bistro turned into a spa complete with aromatherapy and beautiful bouquets of flowers. We had a cuticle oil and hand cream station, as well as a hand massage station with a professional massage therapist giving 10-minute hand massages. Residents had a choice of an orange juice mimosa or a strawberry lemonade mimosa and delicious cucumber sandwiches. To complete the afternoon, we had a photo booth and each resident received a beauty gift bag that included beauty necessities like lip balm, nail file, a mirror, and hand cream.
