Celebrating Mardi Gras Magic in Englewood

Mardi Gras in Englewood

New Orleans came to Englewood today as we celebrated Mardi Gras. Residents and team members wore beads, masks and hats while listening to New Orleans Jazz. Chef Reese prepared a wonderful Mardi Gras lunch that included Jambalaya, Cajun Shrimp and Grits, Cajun Codfish Sliders with Mardi Gras Slaw, and Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. For dessert everyone enjoyed slices of King Cake with delicious shooters.
