Here in Jericho, we hosted a Sweetheart Luncheon for our couples on Valentine's Day. Our Executive Chef, Mark, created a fabulous menu featuring mozzarella with fresh tomatoes and balsamic glaze, butternut squash soup, and pasta ala vodka with brisket. The meal ended on a sweet note -- New York cheesecake topped with strawberries. A member of our recreation team played the piano throughout the luncheon, which everyone really enjoyed.
