Here in Mount Sinai, we celebrated the Lunar New Year with a variety of activities. Our chef wowed residents with a made-to-order Chinese food action station featuring fried rice, lo mein, garlic chicken, shrimp stir fry, vegetables and spicy pork. After lunch everyone had fun participating in a Lunar New Year trivia contest where raffle tickets were awarded for correct answers. There were plenty of great prizes up for grabs and residents enjoyed learning new facts about the Lunar New Year!
