Happy 100th Birthday to Edith and Elaine!
Both women were celebrated at The Bristal at Jericho, where they are residents. Friends, family, and fellow residents joined them in ringing in 100 years.
When asked what their secret is to a long and happy life, both women agreed they didn't have a magic answer. Elaine said, "I try to do good, stay out of other people's business, and not worry myself too much."
While 100 years is a big accomplishment, it is becoming a reoccurring event at The Bristal at Jericho. Lifestyle Director, Chris Calabro, said, "This year, we have 5 residents turning 100 in this community alone!"
