Celebrating Women Who Lead: Regional Vice President Thamara Barbosa-Tirri Honored as a Champion Innovator

We are proud to recognize the Westfair Business Journal’s 2025 Women Innovators event, which honored outstanding women leaders shaping the future of the Hudson Valley, Westchester, and Fairfield Counties. Held on September 18th at The Waters Edge at Giovanni's in Darien, the event brought together inspiring female leaders who are driving change, breaking barriers, and redefining what’s possible across a range of industries.

 We are especially proud to celebrate one of our own, Thamara Barbosa-Tirri, Regional Vice President of Operations for The Bristal Assisted Living. Innovation often means stepping out of your comfort zone. Thamara shared how leaving a secure, familiar role to enter a new industry taught her the importance of adaptability, which is core to her ongoing success in senior living.
