This July, The Bristal at Mount Sinai proudly celebrated its five-year anniversary. Since opening in 2020, the community has grown into a vibrant, welcoming place where residents and team members alike feel a familial bond.
"The culture in our community is top notch," shared Jen R, Director of Community Relations. "It's noticed on every tour and is the most common feedback I hear -- everyone is so friendly, happy, and engaging."
Lifestyle Director Jen M. helps to cultivate this community feeling by providing the same advice to new and long-time residents. She says, "Put yourself out there, try something new, and share your ideas. We'll help them grow!"
Community Relations Coordinator Ryan C. reflected on the joy he finds in his role. "The most memorable thing a resident has ever said to me was, 'I can tell you love your job.'" He continued, "It takes a village to get to where we are now, and our team makes that possible."
The team celebration featured a DIY floral bouquet station, hors d'oeuvres, live music, and a festive photo booth on the patio. It was a joyful milestone honoring five years of community, connection, and care.
