Cinco de Mayo at The Bristal at White Plains is always a festive celebration and this year was no different! Chef Nigel prepared a fantastic taco station with all of the trimmings for lunch, which was a huge hit with residents. Our afternoon social featured Latin music and a variety of margaritas for everyone to enjoy. It was a fun-filled day with plenty of delicious food and drinks, and time spent with friends!
