Here in Woodcliff Lake, we took advantage of the late summer weather and hosted dinner on the patio. Residents were treated to a special menu developed by Chef Gary that included Kale Caesar Salad, Seared Flank Steak, Cornish Game Hens, and Monkfish Lobster Rolls with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus on the side. Creme Brulee Cheesecake with coffee under the stars finished the memorable meal!
