The programming calendars are created within this system, which gives us the chance to understand the types of programs residents prefer by tracking individual attendance and other key metrics. This data helps us allocate resources to plan new programming specifically for our residents and their particular, unique needs.
This capability also helps our care team to observe important wellness trends. If a resident who regularly attends a certain program suddenly stop attending, or if their overall program attendance frequency declines, the team is alerted to the change. As declining attendance is potentially an indicator for something more serious, we can now connect with the individual to ensure they feel supported and check in on their overall well-being.
