Taste of Home is a dining program exclusive to The Bristal that encourages residents to share their favorite recipes with each other. Each month our Director of Food Service selects a recipe to prepare as part of a cooking demonstration. This month's recipe is courtesy of Mary Fox, a resident of The Bristal at Armonk. Mary was kind enough to share a her recipe for a mazarine torte. Together with Sous Chef Ran, Mary showcased her delicious dessert for the entire community. A dining room full of clean plates was evidence of just how wonderful the confectionery creation was. We can’t wait to see what mouthwatering recipe is featured next!
