The Bristal Assisted Living communities offer comprehensive benefits including:
- Medical Insurance: Three medical plan options to choose from with four plan tiers from employee-only to family
- Dental Insurance: Affordable DMO and PPO plan options

- AFLAC Voluntary Benefit Plans: Optional plans include hospital and physician visit plan, cancer plan, and accident protection plan

- 401(K) Savings and Retirement: 25+ investment fund options with easy account info access. Company match of 50% of salary deferrals up to the first 4% of eligible compensation.
- Paid Time Off: In the first year of employment, accrue up to 11 PTO days. In the 2nd year of employment, accrue up to 18 PTO days. Carry over and cash out options for unused time. Casual/per diem team members earn varying PTO time in accordance with applicable state or local paid sick leave laws.
- Paid & Floating Holidays: 6 standard paid holidays and up to 3 floating holidays annually. Also available to part-timers, pro-rated.
- Paid Bereavement Time: Up to 3 consecutive days for loss of immediate family member.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): No cost to team members and household family members. On-site, in-office, or phone support for counseling and assessment, referrals, and personal legal and financial counseling. Includes interactive, live, and on-demand mindfulness programs.
