Residents at The Bristal at Westbury are seeing gardening in a whole new light -- through the lens of a camera!
With guidance and simple photography tips, they captured the colors, textures, and other details that help make their gardening efforts so beautiful. It's a wonderful way to connect with nature and with one another.
In true communal fashion, Director of Dining Services Robert -- also a proud member of the Garden Club -- is bringing the harvest indoors for everyone to enjoy. Residents have been savoring fresh, garden-to-table salads featuring their own homegrown lettuce and tomatoes. All residents, not just the members of the Garden Club, get to experience the fruits (and veggies) of their labor. Ingredients can't get any more local than that!
