Residents at The Bristal at Jericho celebrated National Gingerbread Day with a variety of gingerbread-themed activities. There was a gingerbread decorating contest, a watercolor class in the Creative Arts Studio where residents painted gingerbread houses, and a lecture on the history of gingerbread. A gingerbread cookie social was the perfect finishing touch to a fun day. Happy holidays!
