It was a sea of denim, flannel shirts and cowboy hats as The Bristal at Jericho traveled "west" for an old fashioned hoedown. Residents enjoyed a western-themed lunch of southern fried chicken, catfish surprise, chili, and corn on the cob prepared by our talented chefs. Line dancing afterwards helped to burn off some of the calories from lunch, and posing for pictures in the most wanted booth was a great way to capture the fun!
