The Bristal at Lake Success welcomed local Long Island chef, Brian Demmett. Chef Demmett demonstrated how to cook Corned Beef Hash in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. Chef Demmett's culinary career is impressive and includes serving as a sous chef in a well-established restaurant in Manhattan, as well as working as a private chef. Everyone enjoyed his demonstration and sampling the dish. Several residents commented that his Corned Beef Hash reminded them of home.
