The Bristal at Mount Sinai spread the spirit of “Aloha” during our Hawaiian luau. Residents enjoyed a live performance by a talented team of dancers, while also learning more about Polynesian culture. A few residents were brave enough to join the performers on the dance floor to learn some of the traditional dances. Tropical smoothies made by the food service team were the perfect accompaniment for a memorable afternoon.
