The socially-distanced holiday dinner here in Somerset featured specialty holiday drinks such as warm apple cider and eggnog, which were thoroughly enjoyed by our residents. Smoked salmon mousse piped into cucumber cups served as hors d'oeuvres before a beautiful spread of beef Wellington, Cornish game hen and Mahi-Mahi. . . residents couldn't stop talking about how lovely both the food and service was!
