Here in East Meadow, we hosted our annual Holiday Gala for residents. Preparation for the party began in the Creative Arts Studio, where residents had their hair and nails done. Residents then gathered in the lobby, where they enjoyed hors d'oeuvres while listening to a harpist. After the cocktail hour, everyone headed to the dining room for a delicious holiday meal prepared by Chef Matthew. The evening ended in the Bistro with a dance party featuring the Denise Givens Band.
