John McWaters, a veteran and resident of The Bristal at Armonk, recently participated in an Honor Flight with his daughter Susan. Honor Flight is an organization dedicated to honoring America's veterans by inviting them to spend a day in Washington D.C. Veterans are able to reminisce with one another while visiting the national memorials. On the flight home John and the other veterans received letters written by local school children. Three of the letters John received were extra special -- they were written by his great grandchildren. The Bristal thanks you for your service John!
