The Bristal Assisted Living at East Meadow hosted a Grandparents Day celebration on September 8th, 2024.
Generations of residents' families came together for the grand carnival-themed occasion, enjoying the festivities and afternoon full of fun.
Grandparents and their grandchildren played outdoor patio games, like cornhole, jumbo Jenga, and football toss. There was a crafting corner for kids to enjoy, as well as a face painter who made balloon animals. Live entertainment was provided by Tommy Sax during lunch, where flatbread pizza and other fun carnival food was served.
Residents said it was an amazing day, and reported that the kids had so much fun.
