In The Bristal, the lion sleeps tonight…but the residents are active and ready to engage – even in quarantine! Residents, with masks safely in place, danced enthusiastically in their doorways to “The Lion Sleeps Tonight.” Recreation team members, with their masks and shields, dressed in safari theme, delivered individually packaged animal crackers and refreshments to each resident. The feel-good themed event is a weekly occurrence, with staff and residents lifting each other’s spirits through song, dance and costumes.
