Residents at The Bristal at Lake Grove enjoyed a demonstration by Officer Gargiulo and his 5 year old partner, T.J., from the New York State Police.
T.J is a 5 year old Belgian Malinois, who has been with Officer Gargiulo for the past 3 years. She is highly trained to detect bombs and explosives, as well as track criminals and missing people. T.J. was such a good girl with our residents -- pulling out all her tricks, and even letting residents give her lots of love and attention. A special thank you to Officer Ralph for helping set up such a wonderful experience for our residents.
