The Bristal Assisted Living is proud to sponsor the Lifelong Arts Smart program created by the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts. The adult education series is free and open to the public, and provides programs for seniors and those with limited mobility. Residents from our Jericho and Holtsville communities recently participated in a 25 minute dance class, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Marge S., a resident of The Bristal at Jericho said, "I enjoyed the workout because I could do it sitting down. And although I was sitting, I able to get my heart rate up. I would definitely watch and follow another workout." We are looking forward to more classes from the Tilles Center!
