The Bristal at Mount Sinai brought a taste of summer with the traditional foods of coastal living to the residents of our community!
Chef Randy pre-cracked lobster, and Director of Food & Nutrition Corinne and her amazing team plated the delicacy with baked clams, potatoes, corn, and coleslaw. Residents had the choice of surf or turf, and some opted for steak instead. A self-serve beverage station offered the option of frozen strawberry daquiris or frozen piña coladas. Accompanying the Lobster Bake was Liberty Music on the steel drums.
There were so many smiles today!
