Residents of The Bristal at Jericho gathered in the Bistro Grille for a relaxing meal with friends. Assistant Food Service Director Brian prepared the three-course meal, which featured a delicious mixed green salad with Gorgonzola cheese and pecans with a balsamic glaze followed by a tomato basil pepperoni pizza. A ganache-filled chocolate lava cake with chocolate sauce and cappuccino completed the meal. Residents thoroughly enjoyed the meal and spending time together.
