Lynbrook's Camp Day

Here in Lynbrook, residents and staff came together for a Camp Day to show our support for Sunrise Day Camp, a camp for children with cancer and their siblings. The "Senior Scouts" set up in the foyer to sell bracelets and blankets that they have been making in anticipation of this fundraiser. All of the proceeds will be donated to the camp. We also had a "camp fire" that everyone gathered around. We had a giant drum circle which included singing and dancing. After that, everyone enjoyed s'mores rice crispy treats, a s'mores ice box cake and s'mores trail mix. We all had an amazing day during our Camp Day.
