Residents at The Bristal at Massapequa welcomed a Long Island celebrity, Abraham The Comfort Dog! Abraham is a very special canine that works with all different types of people in a variety of settings. He works with seniors, children and at events, and one of his most valuable skills is his ability to give comfort to those that have suffered a trauma. Abraham and his wonderful handlers Donna and Linda visited residents in assisted living, as well as Reflections, and he definitely worked his magic! We are all looking forward to his next visit!
