Mother's Day in Nassau County: A Celebration of Togetherness

Across our Nassau County communities, Mother's Day was honored with elegance, creativity, and heartfelt moments shared among residents and their loved ones.

Families gathered for festive brunches featuring flower bars, drinks stations (including the witty "Mom-mosa" drink station at The Bristal at Westbury), delicious food, and live music. At The Bristal at North Woodmere, one resident gave a special live performance in the lobby - just one of many unforgettable memories made throughout the day. The Bristal at Massapequa focused on "honoring generations of love" as a fitting tribute to all mothers everywhere.

Mother's Day is typically our most treasured holiday for residents, their families, and our team members. The Bristal at Jericho proudly offered three seatings for meals in order to accommodate and welcome everyone for the festive occasion. Janani S., Executive Director at The Bristal at North Hills echoed the sentiment by indicating Mother's Day is their favorite to celebrate.

Matthew Quiles, Director of Food Service at The Bristal at Jericho, reflected on how this special day brings out the best in both culinary creativity and community spirit. "From curated menus to big, family-style catering events, it's a chance to make something truly memorable."

With family photo opportunities, personalized bouquets, and joyful music, each celebration reflected the warmth and appreciation we hold for mothers throughout our communities. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that these pivotal figures in our lives were truly honored and showered with the attention they deserve. As the team at The Bristal at Bethpage said it best, "Not a detail was missed."
