The Bristal at Lake Success had the pleasure of hosting families for a "Pasta Making with Mom" event in celebration of Mother's Day.
Residents and their families learned how to make fresh fettuccini pasta from scratch by rolling it out by hand or using a pasta press. Then, the pasta was cooked and dressed with our homemade marinara sauce from the dining team and everyone was able to enjoy their own pasta!
