A Lifelong Passion for Senior Living
Rebecca's passion for senior living began early. "When I was in middle school, I started volunteering at my local nursing home," Rebecca shared with Senior Housing News. She helped residents with activities and spent time learning from their life experiences, which inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a direct positive impact on their lives. Rebecca received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State and an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Management from SUNY Stony Brook. She is currently pursuing SHRM certification.
Recognizing Innovation and Leadership at The Bristal
At The Bristal, Rebecca's career has been marked by a series of accomplishments. She began as Business Office Manager at The Bristal at West Babylon before being promoted to Regional Director of Administrative Services in 2022. In her current role, Rebecca acts as liaison between the home office and our 24 communities, skillfully managing organizational change and fostering a culture of collaboration. Her efforts include revamping the onboarding processes, implementing innovative policies, and integrating new technology systems to improve efficiency.
