The following letter was sent to Jennifer Amarante, Executive Director of The Bristal at Massapequa:
Dear Jennifer:
We would like to thank you and your staff for the special assistance that we received here at The Bristal. I recently had a situation that required me to be out on two separate days. On short notice, Carla Hoene was able to coordinate with Susan Gingola and the Wellness staff the support and care that we needed for my wife Theresa. Susan even sent me a text to the hospital keeping me informed how Theresa was doing. It was such a [relief] knowing that Theresa was well taken care of while I focused on my health issues.
We both greatly appreciate the understanding and support that we receive here at The Bristal.
