Savoring a Taste of the Season in Lake Success

Here in Lake Success, we enjoyed learning  about spinach and artichokes -- the featured ingredients for this month's Taste of the Season program. Residents helped prepare a lightened spinach and artichoke dip, which they also enjoyed sampling. Both spinach and artichokes are a great source of vitamins A and C, and delicious when paired with crostini. Everyone is looking forward to next month's program!
