Residents at The Bristal at Englewood are continuing to enjoy various activities, thanks to the dedication and hard work of the recreation team. Since residents were unable to attend synagogue to celebrate Lag Ba'Omer, members of Chabad of Englewood brought the festival to them. A car parade filled with music, jugglers, and plenty of laughter reminded residents that we are still a community, even though we are momentarily apart.
Memorial Day was a solemn affair as we remembered those who gave their lives in service to our country. Residents and staff were grateful for friends and families who took the time to decorate their cars for a special drive-by parade.
We are thankful for the many ways our local community has reached out to support our team -- either with words of encouragement, or by providing meals. We are truly grateful and appreciate when others recognize the essential role our team plays in the lives of residents and their families.
