"Over seven years ago I was looking to move my parents, both of whom were diagnosed with dementia, back to New York to live in a memory care facility. I looked at several facilities which had been recommended to me, but after seeing The Bristal at Lake Success, my search was over. The building itself was brand new then, but still looks the same today. The staff were attentive and caring and kept me updated regularly about issues I sometimes did not even realize my parents had. My mother got back years of her life within days of moving into The Bristal at Jericho, and so did I :-) The entire staff is so caring, personable, and capable! The Bristal at Jericho is like a sleep-away camp for senior citizens where new friends are made and they are busy from sunrise to sunset.
