Taste of Home is a dining program exclusive to The Bristal that encourages residents to share their favorite recipes with each other. Each month our Director of Food Service selects a recipe to prepare as part of a cooking demonstration. This month, one of the newest residents of The Bristal at Westbury hosted a cooking class for her fellow neighbors. Theresa Bernaudo shared a recipe that was passed down from her grandmother. With the help of Rob, our Director of Dining Services, Theresa prepared her famous Zucchini Quiche for residents to enjoy during the afternoon social.
