This spring, A Taste of The Bristal returned with a delicious twist-bringing together chefs from across our communities to spotlight our commitment to culinary excellence.
At the events hosted at The Bristal at Armonk, Englewood, Holtsville, Westbury, and York Avenue, chefs from multiple communities of The Bristal came together to showcase their skills, crafting signature dishes and designing presenting stunning plating and tablescapes that highlighted their creativity and passion.
Guests sampled an array of gourmet bites and cast votes for the People's Choice, while a panel of expert judges evaluated each team on categories including Best Bite, Best Plate Presentation, Best Table Presentation, and Most Unique Dish.
From bold flavors to beautiful plating, each gathering was a celebration of the artistry and care that define The Bristal. We're proud to celebrate the dedication of our culinary teams, whose hard work ensure that every meal is a memorable one. Special thanks to our Vice President of Food and Beverage, Randy Tremble, for helping honor our standout chefs with gifts generously donated by our vendor partners.
