Here in Holtsville, we celebrated the beginning of summer with a tropical party. Our Hawaiian-themed luau included a delicious buffet and residents enjoyed pina coladas and fresh watermelon during our afternoon social. The highlight of the day though, was the Hawaiian dance show performed by recreation team members.
