The Adventurous Eaters Club at The Bristal at Mount Sinai was founded by Corinne Ramos, the Director of Food Service, after residents mentioned they would like to try more worldly cuisines.
Now, once a month Corinne creates a signature meal from a new country and serves it to the club. This month, residents "traveled" to Turkey and it was a hit!
