Residents at The Bristal at Holtsville enjoyed a lovely brunch prepared by our talented food service team. Residents had their choice of sweet and savory dishes, including soup, omelets, waffles, pasta, chicken, sides, and more. There was also a carving station -- which was a huge hit. Live entertainment by Albert Mullad provided the perfect backdrop to our meal.
