Black-eyed peas are a nutritious staple for our menu at The Bristal, rich in folate, Vitamin B1, and other essential nutrients that support brain health and cognitive function.
Farro with Mushrooms & Parmesan
Farro is an ancient grain that belongs to the wheat family and has been cultivated for thousands of years. It's known for its chewy, nutty flavor, and for being rich in fiber, proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
Mediterranean Chickpea Soup
